INICIADOR COM CARGA DE IGNIÇÃO FOLGADAMENTE SOCADA E MÉTODO DE MONTAGEM Um iniciador (100) montado em um alojamento (112) uma carga de saída (144) e um meio de iniciação (110, 120, 58, 54) inclui uma carga de ignição pulverosa (46a) disposta em relação de iniciação direta com o meio de iniciação e uma carga de saída (144) que pode conter uma carga pulverosa de transição de deflagração para detonação (DDT) e uma carga base explosiva (144b). A carga de ignição (46a) tem um tamanho de partícula médio de menos de 10 microns, ou mesmo menos de 5 microns, por exemplo, 1 a 2 microns. O meio de iniciação pode incluir uma ponte semicondutora (18) e a carga de ignição (46a) pode ser compactada com uma força de menos de aproximadamente 412 kgf/cm², por exemplo, com uma força de 70 kgf/cm². Em outra modalidade, um iniciador (210) inclui um iniciador elétrico debaixa energia (234), uma carga de ignição de BNCP folgadamente socada (218) e uma carga de saída pirotécnica (214).
