A invenção refere-se a preparações de forma de dosagem sólida oral antiformação de espuma, formadas por uma composição granular de livre escoamento compreendendo uma mistura de simeticona e um ou ambos dentre fosfato de cálcio tribásico ou fosfato de cálcio dibásico anídrico granular, em que a mistura é uma composição granular uniforme com um tamanho de partícula de, no máximo, 1.000 mícrons, que é adequada para compressão em uma forma de dosagem sólida para administração oral.
