Uma chave dobrável de fechadura (10) tem um aro (11) e um corpo (12) desde o qual se prolongam dois braços transversais opostos (13) em que o aro (11) está articulado e se move entre a posição de funcionamento e posições dobradas; uma ligação de fecho rápido atua entre o aro (11) e os braços (13), mantém a posição de funcionamento estável e permite conseguir as posições dobradas superando uma força dada. O fabrico desta estrutura de chave é pouco custoso.
