Abstract

"NOVOS DERIVADOS NAFTIL PIPERAZINA". Trata-se de uma descrição de novos derivados naftil piperazina de fórmula genérica (I) onde R~ 1~ e R~ 2~, idênticos ou diferentes um do outro, podem ser hidrogênio, grupo alquila de cadeia curta, um grupo nitro, um grupo amino, um grupo acil amino, e um grupo alcoxi de cadeia curta; n pode tomar valores entre 2 e 5; e R~ 3~ pode ser um radical metoxila, um átomo de flúor e um átomo de hidrogênio, e seus sais de adição com ácidos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis. Os compostos apresentam afinidade para receptores 5HT~ 1A~ e 5HT~ 2~ serotonina e para receptores D~ 2~ dopamina, e podem ser úteis como anti - psicóticos. Sua preparação é também descrita.
