"Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODOS E COMPOSIÇÕES PARA ESTIMULAÇÃO DO CRESCIMENTO DE NEURITES UTILIZANDO COMPOSTOS COM AFINIDADE PARA FKBP12 EM COMBINAÇÃO COM FATORES NEUROTRÓFICOS" . A presente invenção refere-se a métodos e composições farmacêuticas para a estimulação do crescimento de neurites em células de nervo. As composições compreendem uma quantidade neurotrófica de um composto e um fator neurotrófico, tal como fator de crescimento de nervo (NGF). Os métodos compreendem o tratamento das células de nervo com as composições acima ou composições compreendendo o composto sem um fator neurotrófico. Os processos desta invenção podem ser utilizados para promover o reparo de lesão nervosa causada por doença ou trauma físico.
