Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSIÇÕES PARA USO EM CONCRETO E PRODUTOS DE CONCRETO OBTIDOS A PARTIR DAS MESMAS" . Vidro em um estado particulado fino é utilizado como um agregado para produtos de concreto. O vidro possui um número significativo de partículas menores que 150 mícrons. O vidro é preferivelmente cominado com escória preferivelmente após ter sido fundida e então quebrada para o tamanho de partículas desejado. Os produtos de invenção podem ter várias propriedades desejadas tais como impermeabilidade à água e ácido e podem ser resistentes à degradação alcali/sílica enquanto retêm a resistência adequada. As composições preferidas são impermeáveis à água e ácido são resistências à degradação de alcali-sílica e atingem uma alta resistente rapidamente no assentamento.
