Abstract
"BIODETECTORES QUE POSSUEM ESCUDO PARA LIGANDOS ESPECÍFICOS". A presente invenção refere-se a biodetectores para detecção e quantificação de moléculas em líquido, gás ou matrizes. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção refere-se a biodetectores compreendendo um mecanismo de comutação molecular, para expressar um gene repórter, mediante interação com substâncias que possuem escudos. A invenção refere-se, adicionalmente, aos processos usando tais biodetectores para detectar e quantificar substâncias selecionadas com alta especificidade e alta sensibilidade.
