A composição possui principalmente a composição de acordo com a fórmula (I): (MgX^ 3^ ~2~)~ x~Tix^ 4^ ~ 4~(RCOOR')~ n~)~ y~, onde X^ 3^ é um halogênio, X^ 4^é um halogênio, R(COOR')~ n~ é um alquil éster de ácido carboxílico superior contendo ao menos 8.n átomos de carbomo, onde R é um grupo hidrocarboneto C~ 1~-C~ 34~de n-valência substituído ou não susbtituído, R' é um grupo alquila C~ 1~- C~ 20~, e n é número inteiro de 1 a 4, x está entre 0,5 e 4,0 e y está entre 0,8/n e 2,4/n.
