Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "POLIPEPTÍDEO ANTIFÚNGICO E MÉTODOS PARA O CONTROLE DE FUNGOS PATOGÊNICOS DE PLANTA" . É proporcionado um polipeptídeo antifúngico, o AlyAFP, que controla o dano fúngico às plantas. O DNA codificando este polipeptídeo pode ser clonado nos vetores para a transformação de microorganismos que colonizam a planta ou de plantas, desse modo proporcionando um método de inibir o desenvolvimento fúngico sobre as plantas. O polipeptídeo pode ser formulado em composições que possam ser usadas para controlar os fungos não desejados sobre as plantas e em qualquer outro lugar.
