Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSIÇÃO PARA MONTAGEM EM SUPERFÍCIE DE UM COMPONENTE ERETO EM UM TRANSPORTADOR". Existe uma tendência na indústria de componentes eletrônicos no sentido de preferir os componentes que podem ser montados em superfície em um transportador, tal como um painel de circuito. Pela utilização de fios de montagem em superfície em um componente juntamente com uma técnica de "linha única" é possível se montar em superfície um componente (5) ereto em um painel de circuito (7) com os fios do componente montados na superfície do painel. Os fios (8) podem ser dobrados em suas extremidades inferiores e fornecidos com pontos de contato (10) para contactar de forma efetiva o painel. Os pinos guia e de suporte podem ser utilizados para manter o componente na posição durante a montagem e conexão do componente e para prender os fios no componente quando da montagem no painel.
