Abstract
PROCESSO PARA ACABAMENTO DE TRIPAS ARTIFICIAIS PARA EMBUTIDOS A presente invenção refere-se a processos aperfeiçoados para a regeneração de tripas artificiais para embutidos celulósicas incluindo as etapas de imersão da tripa artificial regenerada em pelo menos um banho de acabamento para remover impurezas da tripa artificial regenerada e incluir ainda as etapas de manter o banho de regeneração a uma temperatura maior do que 80°C, aspergindo gás contra a tripa artificial de regeneração no banho em questão e resfriando ativamente a tripa artificial de regeneração mediante retirada do banho de regeneração, pulverizando a tripa artificial regenerada com a solução de acabamento acima do banho de acabamento e aspergindo gás contra a tripa artificial regenerada no banho de acabamento.
