SISTEMA DE PROTEÇÃO CONTRA UTILIZAÇÃO INDEVIDA DE CARTÕES DE CRÉDITO, TALÕES DE CHEQUES E CARTÕES DE IDENTIFICAÇÃO PESSOAL , trata-se de um sistema que visa coibir o uso de cartões de identificação pessoal por terceiros não autorizados, iniciando-se a gravação da metade da impressão digital do titular do cartão no ato de seu cadastro (1), digital esta que será conferida com a outra metade, no ato da operação com aquele cartão, conferindo as duas metades, o crédito é liberado, não conferindo o mesmo é bloqueado.
