Usa-se a) uma emulsão asfáltica catiônica de ruptura lenta e b) aditivo principal uma torta de filtração de óleo de xisto e o agregado é c) rocha britada de certa faixa granulométrica. A resistência mecânica é boa. Uma proporção típica é a : b : c : : 10 : 10 : 80.
