Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE 4-t-BUTIL CICLOHEXANOL E ACETATO DE 4-t-BUTIL CICLOHEXILA ". O 4-t-butil ciclohexanol possuindo um alto teor de seu isômero cis é preparado pela hidrogenação de 4-t-butil fenol em um solvente, na presença de um catalisador de ródio e um composto selecionado do grupo constituído por cloreto de hidrogênio, ácido perclórico e ácido sulfúrico (anidro). Além disso, o 4-t-butil ciclohexanol obtido é acetilado para a produção de acetato de 4-t-butil ciclohexila.
