Abstract

"DERIVADOS DE ACRILOILGUANIDINA SUBSTITUÍDOS COM HETEROARILA E COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS CONTENDO OS MESMOS". Apresentam-se derivados de acriloil guanidina substituídos com heteroarila de fórmula (i) e seus sais. em que o anel A representa um grupo heteroarila de 5 ou 6 membros, que pode opcionalmente, ser substituído e, pode opcionalmente ser condensado com um ou dois anéis benzeno; o anel B representa um grupo arila opcionalmente substituído; e R~ 1~ representa um átomo de hidrogênio, um átomo de halogênio ou um grupo alquila inferior opcionalmente substituído com um ou mais átomos de halogênio. Como atuantes na inibição da troca Na^ +^H^ +^, os derivados e seus sais são úteis na medicina, especialmente na prevenção, tratamento e diagnóstico de vários distúrbios a serem causados pela troca Na^ +^H^ +^, tais como hipertensão, arritimia, angina pectoris, arterioesclerose, complicações diabéticas, etc.
