Patente de Invenção: "FORMULAÇÕES PARA DESPRENDIMENTO CONTRALADO DE MEDICAMENTOS FRACAMENTE SOLÚVEIS" . Formulação de desprendimento controlado para aplicação oral compreendendo uma dispersão sólida de um ingrediente ativo fracamente solúvel em um poloxâmero hidrófilo, a dispersão sólida sendo um componente de um núcleo como tal ou mediante revestimento do núcleo com um revestimento polimérico sendo eficaz para atingir níveis terapêuticos do ingrediente ativo por período prolongados de tempo (24 horas ou mais) em seguida a aplicação oral. A formulação pode estar em uma forma multi-particular tal como pelotas ou mini-tabletes ou na forma de tabletes. Exemplos de ingredientes ativos cuja solubilidade e eficácia terapêutica pode ser aperfeiçoada com a formulação são ciclosporina, diclofenac, felodipina, ibuprofen, indometacina, nicardipina, nifedipina, terfenadina e teofilina.
