Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "GUIA DE NÚCLEO PARA UM INJETOR ELETROMAGNÉTICO DE COMBUSTÍVEL E MÉTODO DE MONTAGEM". Um método de baixo custo para fabricar e alinhar os membros de guia superior (12) e inferior (48) em um injetor de combustível (10) reduz custos de fabricação e aumenta a durabilidade. O método preceitua o uso de uma ferramenta de alinhamento (52) para alinhar axialmente ambos os membros de guia antes que os membros de guia são fixados rigidamente ao corpo da válvula (16) do injetor. As tolerâncias dimensionais sobre os membros de guia são folgadas com a única excecao da abertura de alinhamento a qual é mantida ajustadamente.
