Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO E PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO DE PROTEÍNA LIPOSSÔMICA". A invenção diz respeito a composições estáveis de proteínas e processos afins, em que uma proteína capaz de transição para o estado globular líquido faz contato com a vesícula lipídea carregada negativamente, dessa forma estabilizando a proteína em relação à agregação termicamente induzida, desnaturação e perda de atividade. O complexo proteína: fosfolipídeo estabiliza diretamente a estrutura secundária e terciária da proteína, e as composições são úteis em formulações de temperatura elevada e em novos veículos de liberação.
