Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA RETRAÇÃO DE TECIDO GENGIVAL ". Material moldável (10) formado sobre os dentes (12) com um segundo material fluente (18) contendo um adstringente colocado na impressão (20) do dente (12) no material moldável (10) provocando a retração e a homostáse na linha gengival. Um material moldável (10), de preferência um silicone, que pode conter um adstringente tal como sulfato de potássio aluminado, é colocado no molde de um dente (12) . A impressão formada no molde do dente (12) é cheia com um material menos viscoso ou fluente inicialmente (18) que também contém um adstringente. O molde com o material fluente (18) é colocado sobre o dente (12). Preferivelmente, o material inicialmente fluente (18) solidifica-se. O material fluente (18) pode ser composto de um silicone de condensação tendo uma base e um catalisador. O molde ajuda a adaptar a pressão do material fluente (18) que é transmitido ao tecido gengival provocando a retração e a hemóstase.
