Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "DETECÇÃO DE BIOMOLÉCULAS" . A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para detectar a presença de uma ribozima cataliticamente ativa em um meio. A detecção da ribozima cataliticamente ativa pode ser um objetivo por si, ou a ribozima pode servir como um repórtes para a presença de outras biomoléculas em uma amostra ensaiada. A detecção é realizada em um sistema catalítico, onde a presença da ribozima ativa serve para produzir ribozima ativa em umamaneira de amplificação de retorno positivo.
