Privilégio de invenção para "BATEDOR DE FRUTAS", do tipo com hastes de batedouros oscilantes-esmagantes, entre os cames de um eixo, nos quais ditas hastes (4) são articuladas a um braço porta-hastes (1), alternativamente rotátório nos dois sentidos para fixar o movimento alternado (2), caracterizado pelo fato que o dito braço porta-hastes (1) apresentar a combinação das seguintes características: - é um material plástico; - existem duas medianas de pivotamento (10) a um suporte conectado ao caixilho de suporte batedor. - existe um braço de alavanca intermediário (11) que é encaixado à extremidade de um cilindro fluído dinâmico oscilante de forma alternada; - possui um formato tubular.
