Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE SUTURA DE POLIPROPILENO". É descrito um processo para a produção de suturas de polipropileno compreendendo as etapas de (a) extrudar uma resina de polipropileno fundido através de um orifício e rapidamente se promover a têmpera da resina de polipropileno fundido para se produzir o filamento; (b) estirar o filamento em cerca de 5x a cerca de 7.5x para se produzir o filamento estirado uma vez; (c) estirar o filamento estirado uma vez em cerca de 1x a cerca de 2.5x em uma segunda zona aquecida sendo mantido a uma temperatura na faixa de cerca de 30ºC a ceca de 160ºC, para formar um filamento duplamente estirado; (d) encolher o filamento duplamente estirado em uma faixa de cerca de 100ºC a cerca de 180ºC, para formar uma sutira de polipropileno.
