De acordo com afigura 1 o dispositivo é constituído de: circuito principal (1A), porta de saída (1B), conjunto de diodos para separar as portas (1C), conjunto de osciladores (1D), conjunto de reguladores de tempo (1E), conjunto de temporizadores de retardo para as lâmpadas vermelhas (1F), conjunto de saídas de alimentação para lâmpadas verdes (1G), amarelas (1H) e vermelhas (1I), conjunto de osciladores duplos (1J), porta RESET (1K) e entrada de sinal externo(1L).
