Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "BIOSENSOR". A ligação bem sucedida de material bioativo, especialmente de enzimas a um superfície ativa para sinal de um biosensor pode ser conseguida por meio de um agente de reticulação heterobifuncional tendo um grupamento reativo para a superfície ativa para sinal, tal como um grupamento que reage com -OH, -SH, ou -NH~ x~, e um grupamento fotoativável B que reage com o biomaterial. Grupamentos B conhecidos são especificamente grupamentos azidofenila e azido salicila. Os agentes de reticulação contendo tais grupamentos B por um lado e os grupamentos de éster succinimida por outro são disponíveis no comércio e portanto especialmente atraentes. A superfície ativa para sinal pode ser especialmente uma superfície Si~ 3~N~ 4~ com grupamento NH~ x~ reativos, conforme pode ser obtida de uma fase gasosa por reação de SiH~ 4~/NH~ 3~, especialmente sobre uma superfície de SIO~ 2~ fresco, e que tenha sido liberada de óxido especialmente por tratamento com ácido fluorídrico diluído.
