Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "ENDURECIMENTO DE GORDURAS, ÁCIDOS GRAXOS OU ÉSTERES DO ÁCIDO GRAXO INSATURADOS". A invenção refere-se a um processompara o endurecimento contínuo de gorduras, ácidas graxos ou ésteres do ácido graxo insaturados, e, leito fixo, sobre um catalisador moldado. Os reagentes são conduzidos sobre o catalisador em presença de um meio ou mistura de solventes sob condições supercríticas. Isto leva a consideráveis aperfeiçoamentos das atividades a seletividades da reação de endurecimento em comparação com os endurecimentos convencionais.
