Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "APLICADOR PARA INTRODUÇÃO DE IMPLANTES DE ÁREAS, FLEXÍVEIS, ATRAVÉS DE UM CANAL APERATÓRIO". Um aplicador para introdução de implantes de área, flexíveis, através de uma canal operatório, em particular para aplicar uma rede (N) durante uma operação de hérnia inguinal, compreende um tubo de orientação (1) e um dispositivo deslizante (2). O tubo de orientação (1) pode ser disposto com sua extremidade distal sobre o canal operatório. O dispositivo deslizante (2) é introduzido no interior do tubo de orientação (1) por meio da extremidade proximal do tubo de orientação (1). Um dispositivo de desdobramento (5), fixado na extremidade distal do dispositivo de eixo (4), engata-se com a rede (N) com elementos de desdobramento (34, 34', 35, 35', 36, 36' e 37, 37') que ser desdobrados após sairem da extremidade distal do tubo de orientação (1).
