Abstract
Patente de Ivenção para : "DISPOSITIVO DE FIXAÇÃO E GUARDA-SOL DE PRAIA". Um dispositivo de fixação (10) possui um trado (14) dispostico circunferecialmente ao redor do dispositivo e um elemento conformado em espiral (16) montado a uma extremidade distal do dispositivo, para facilitar a inserção do dispositivo dentro da areia ou terra fofa. O trado (14) possui uma borda radialmente externa (30), que é curvado a montante para dar ao trado uma configuração geralmente conformada em alcatruz, que é capaz de entrar no solo e reter materiais terrosos e pelo que, prevê um efeito de fixação sugnificante. O dispositivo de fixação é anexável à extremidade inferior do dispositivo a ser fixada, tal como uma estaca de guarda-sol (34) ou é formada integralmente com o mesmo.
