Patente de Invenção de "COMPOSTO DE CEFEM, PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE UM COMPOSTO DE CEFEM, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA E MÉTODO PARA TRATAMENTO DE DOENÇAS INFECCIOSAS", dito composto de cefem apresentando a fórmula: onde R^ 1^ é amino ou amino protegido, R^ 2^ é hidrogênio, alqui inferior ou grupo hidroxi-protetor, R^ 3^ é carboxi ou carboxi-protegido, R^ 4^ é 3-piridil, 4-piridil ou opcionalmente um grupo heteromonocíclico substituído, contendo dois átomos de nitrogênio como hetero átomos, e podendo também conter um átomo de oxigênio ou enxofre, e também conter um 3atomo de oxigênio ou enxofre, e n é 0,1 ou 2, contanto que, quando R^ 2^ for alquil inferior, então n será 1 ou 2 e R^ 4^ será opcionalmente um grupo heteromonocíclico substituído, contendo dois átomos de nitrogênio como hetero átomos, e podendo também conter um átomo de oxigênio ou enxofre, ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo.
