Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSTOS DE DI-TER-BUTILFENOL ÚTEIS COMO AGENTES ANTIINFLAMATÓRIOS". A presente invenção envolve composições compreendendo: (a) uma quantidade segura e eficaz de um composto tendo a estrutura (i), onde n é um número inteiro de 1 a cerca de 5, m é um número inteiro de 0 a cerca de 3, -R é hidrogênio ou alcanila C~ 1~ - C~ 3~ de cadeia reta ou ramificada; e (b) um veículo farmaceuticamente aceitável. A presente invenção também envolve métodos para o tratamento de doenças caracterizadas por inflamação e/ou dor, tais como artrite reumatóide e osteoartrite, por administração de uma quantidade segura e eficaz deste composto a um ser humano ou animal inferior com necessidade de tal tratamento.
