Patente de Invenção "ADENOVÍRUS RECOMBINANTE; CÉLULA HOSPEDEIRA RECOMBINANTE; PROCESSO DE RESTAURAÇÃO DE FUNÇÃO DE PROTEÍNA p53 TIPO SELVAGEM E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE ADENOVÍRUS RECOMBINANTE". São descritos métodos simplificados e eficientes para preparação de adenovírus recombinante usando cotransfecção mediada com lipossomo e a direta observação de um efeito citopático (CPE) nas células transfectadas. Também mostradas são composições e métodos envolvendo novas construções de adenovírus p53, incluindo métodos para restauração de função p53 e supressão de tumor em células e animais tendo p53 anormal.
