Abstract
Patente de Invenção: DI-SACARÍDEOS DE GLUCOSAMINA, PROCESSO PARA SUA PREPARAÇÃO, E COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA QUE COMPREENDE OS MESMOS E SEU USO. A invenção se refere a di-sacarídeos (1-6) glucosamina, tendo a fórmula geral (I), e a um processo para a preparação destes di-sacarídeos, compreendendo as fases de: i) provimento de uma matéria prima compreendendo a metade de lipídio A de microorganismos compreendendo lipo-poli-sacarídeo; e ii) sujeição da matéria prima a um tratamento alcalino de modo a que a metade do lipídio A ser 0-decilada na posi#ão 3- e na posição 3'-, e composições farmaceuticamente aceitáveis compreendendo como ingrediente ativo estes di-sacarídeos e os di-sacarídeos para uso como agente imuno-modulador, agente anti-tumoral e componente de vacina.
