Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODO DE ENSAIO" . Um método de ensaio envolve misturar bactérias bioluminescentes com uma amostra líquida possivelmente contendo análito, e observar uma redução de saída de luz causada pelo análito. A observação começa apenas 15 segundos a 5 minutos após a formação inicial da mistura de teste de modo a reduzir a interferência por efeitos ambientais.
