Abstract
Patente de Invenção "MESA TENDO UMA SUPERFÍCIE QUE É CONVERSÍVEL A PARTIR DE UMA PRIMEIRA SUPERFÍCIE DE ÁREA PARA UMA SEGUNDA SUPERFÍCIE DE ÁREA MAIOR". É provida uma mesa conversível (2) para formar uma área de superfície de mesa expandida. A mesa conversível (2) é composta de elementos de mesa sobrejacente (4) e subjacente (6) que sãos conectados por um pino pivô (14). O elemento de mesa subjacente (6) é capaz de deslizar ao longo de um elemento (18) conectado ao suporte de mesa (8, 10) para centralizar o peso da mesa expandida após a rotação do elemento de mesa sobrejacente (4). A construção do mecanismo de conversão permite que os elementos de mesa sobrejacente (4) e subjacente (6) sejam fabricados em uma variedade de formatos.
