Patente de Invenção "COMPOSIÇÃO SECA DISPERSÍVEL EM MEIOS AQUOSOS E PROCESSOS PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO SECA COMPREENDENDO PARTÍCULAS DE MCC ATRITADAS E PARA FORMAÇÃO DE UM GEL". Uma composição seca compreendendo partículas de MCC atritadas, pelo menos parcialmente revestida com um dispersante barreira, é um complexo de sal alginato de cálcio/sódio; processos para fabricação da composição do dispersante barreira e da partícula de MCC e processos de uso da composição inventiva. O dispersante barreira de complexo de sal de alginato permite que as partículas de MCC atritadas sejam secas sem aglomeração e depois sejam dispersas em um meio aquoso.
