Abstract
Patente de Invenção: " SISTEMA DE CAMADAS DE ISOLAçÃO PARA A SEPARAçÃO GALVÂNICA DE CIRCUITOS" . Propõe-se um sistema de camadas de isolação, especialmente para sensores de gás, com pelo menos uma camada de eletrólito sólito (10) eletricamente condutiva, uma camada eletricamente condutiva (20) e pelo menos uma camada eletricamente isolante (13) entre a camada de eletrólito sólido (10) e a camada eletricamente condutiva (20). O material da camada isolante (13) contém, antes da sinterização, óxidos metálicos pentavalentes do nióbio ou tântalo como substância adicional, sendo que a substância adicional é capaz de difundir-se na camada de eletrólito sólido (10) limítrofe durante a sinterização.
