Abstract
Patente de Invenção "PROCESSO PARA LUBRIFICAÇÃO DE SISTEMAS DE CONTACTO DE SUPERFÍCIE METAL-METAL NAS OPERAÇÕES DE USINAGEM DE METAL". Os sistemas de contacto de superfície metal-metal nos processos de usinagem de metal podem ser lubrificados por meio da aplicação no mesmo de uma composição compreendendo um éster, onde o éster possui um coeficiente de traçào de filme pleno menor do que cerca de 0,05 a uma pressão de cerca de 1,2 GPa, a uma temperatura de cerca de 50°C e a uma velocidade de deslizamento de cerca de 0,5 a cerca de 10 m/s. O éster é representado pela fórmula geral: onde R^ 1^e R^ 2^, R^ 3^ e R^ 4^em m são descritos no sumário da Invenção. A composição pode ser misturada com um solvente para formar uma solução ou emulsionada antes da aplicação na superfície metálica.
