Abstract
A presente invenção descreve um processo para a produção de chapas flexíveis, convencionais, de poliuretano tendo substancialmente uma estrutura de células abertas, a partir de um poliol polifuncional com peso equivalente de 400 a 1500, água, isocianato, catalisadores de poliuretano e um auxiliar de processamento de espuma, que são combinados e a seguir mecanicamente resfriados, depois do aumento da espuma. O auxiliar do processamento de espuma contém pelo menos um agente reticulador polifuncional que tem pelo menos duas funcionalidades reativas de isocianato no mesmo.
