A presente invenção é formada pelo conjunto de um balcão (Figura) munido de uma câmara filmadora (1) um gravador de imagens (2) uma mesa para preenchimento de cheque (3) duas foto-células (4) destinados a gravar imagens de pessoas que irão emitir cheques a outrem onde estas imagens ficarão gravadas para dar maior segurança para quem receber o cheque dando a ele material para uma futura identificação de um possível estelionatário ou ladrão de cheques.
