Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEÇÃO COM REAÇÃO". Foi descoberto que o uso de microesferas orgânicas expandidas melhoram de forma significativa o processo RIM por (i) aumentar significativamente a ação de expansão do ar e/ou nitrogênio, (ii) propiciar densidade uniforme à peça moldada, (iii) permitir a redução das pressões internas do molde, (iv) eliminar de forma substancial os defeitos superficiais, (v) permitir uma significativa redução na densidade do produto moldado, (vi) permitir um substancial aumento na quantidade de ar e/ou nitrogênio que pode ser dissolvida no componente reativo com isocianato e (vii) reduzir significativamente o encolhimento da peça moldada.
