Abstract
Patente de Invenção "PREPARAÇÃO DE LIPASE, LIPASE, CEPA DE STREPTOMYCES GRISEUS , PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA PREPARAÇÃO DE LIPASE, E, COMPOSIÇÃO DETERGENTE". Uma lipase altamente alcalina, posicionalmente não específica, pode ser obtida a partir de cepas de Streptomyces , agrupamento 1. As cepas de agrupamento 1 de Streptomyces não eram conhecidas previamente para produzir lipase. A preparação de lipase tem mais de 50% de sua atividade ótima em ph 10 e é utilizável, por exemplo, em detergentes.
