Abstract
Dispositivo que permite a implantação de anel intracorneano para correção de ametropias com extrema facilidade e sem causar alterações na córnea. Constitui-se de duas partes, tampa (1, 2, 3, 4) e base (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) encaixáveis entre si, sendo a tampa provida de uma espátula (3, 4) formada por duas hélices (4) semicirculares opostas e a base (5, 6, 7, 8, 9), de uma guia (6) para a espátula (3, 4). Colocando-se a base (1, 2, 3, 4) sobre a córnea, encaixando-se a tampa (1, 2, 3, 4) e girando-a de 180°, obtém-se um "túnel" (14) sob a córnea no qual é introduzido o anel (13).
