A presente invenção pode ser aplicada em qualquer tipo de metal base e processo de moldagem, no qual propiciará ganhos de produtividade e qualidade na fundição de assentos para lingoteiras. O método proposto consiste em um modelo plaqueado, bi-partido, caracterizado pela posição vertical dos modelos dos assentos para lingoteiras, que proporciona a moldagem e o vazamento de vários assentos ao mesmo tempo.
