Abstract
A invenção diz respeito a um processo para o esfolamento de couros e peles na produção de couro através da retirada do tecido conjuntivo subcutâneo, sendo que deixa-se entrar em ação uma solução sobre o couro durante um espaço de tempo de 2 até 24 horas, contendo uma ou mais enzimas proteolíticas (E.C.3.4) com atividade elastolítica marcante a temperaturas no faixade 5 - 30 °C e num faixade pH de 5 - 10 e eventualmente separando o tecido conjuntivo subcutâneo de forma já conhecida.
