Abstract

Os quatro compostos isoméricos derivados de ácido cis/trans-3-(2,2-dicloro-etenil)-2,2-dimetil-ciclopropano-carboxílico racêmico e (S) (ciano)-(3-fenóxi-fenil)-metanol têm o dodro da eficácia do cipermetrin contra certas espécies de insetos, mas, bastante inesperadamente, são significativamente menos tóxicos para mamíferos e certas espécies de peixes, em proporções que dão controle comercial de insetos objetivados destruir em plantações.
