Abstract

A peça de união com rebite descrita compreende uma luva (1) e um pino (2), previsto para ser inserido na luva, uma peça de furação (8), provida na extremidade frontal (4) do pino (2). Vista no sentido longitudinal, a luva (1) é composta de duas seções (20, 21) com diferentes diâmetros (A, B), sendo que a seção (21) com o diâmetro maior (B) fica localizada na extremidade da luva (1) afastada do flange de encosto (7). O diâmetro (B) da referida seção (21) com o diâmetro maior é aproximadamente igual ao diâmetro (D) da peça de furação instalada na extremidade frontal (4) do pino (2). Uma peça de união com rebite do tipo descrito pode ser usada para unir peças entre si, que possam subsequentemente deslocar-se uma em relação à outra, perpendicularmente ao eixo longitudinal da peça de união, para aliviar tensões térmicas ou similares.
