Abstract
Patente de Invenção "PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE (S)-CIANOIDRINAS OTICAMENTE ATIVAS". O tempo de reação e a facilidade de manuseio dos reagentes no processo conhecido de formação de (S)-cianoidrinas oticamente ativas reagindo-se aldeídos com ácido cianídrico na presença da enzima S-oxinitrilase e um solvente podem ser significantemente melhorados em relação aos processos conhecidos quando a solução de aldeídos e ácido é passada através de uma membrana porosa compreendendo um aglutinante resinoso polimérico tendo partículas de enchimento finamente divididas dispersas por todo o aglutinante ao qual a enzima S-oxinitrilase foi quimicamente ligada.
