Abstract

Esta invenção baseia-se na eliminação do óxido de cobre na cachaça fabricada em alambiques de cobre, de produção artesanal, no qual se faz uma eluição, a determinada pressão, da cachaça impura, em uma coluna de filtração contendo uma resina de permuta catiônica apresentando grupo ativo sulfônico, através da qual será removido totalmente o óxido de cobre, existindo ainda, a possibilidade de regeneração da dita resina, através de sucessivas lavagens da mesma com água ou outro solvente.
