"TELEFONE INTELIGENTE INTEGRADO A SISTEMA DE SEGURANÇA", tendo as seguintes características: 1) detector de presença humana; 2) discador automático para um número pré-programado; 3) emissão de sinal de tom para acusar situações de emergência - assalto/incêndio, emergência médica e/ou outras similares; 4) meios de incorporação a sistemas sem fio para alarmes externos; 5) meios para ativação através do teclado telefônico de forma local; 6) meios para ativação remota através de uma central de telemonitoramento; e 7) meios para escuta remota na ocorrência de emergência, ativada pela central de telemonitoramento, em comum acordo com o usuário.
