Abstract
A presente invenção se refere a dispositivos de circuito integrado e, mais especificamente, ao teste da conexão desses dispositivos a um dispositivo de placa de circuito impresso tal como uma placa planar de computador pessoal. A invenção aborda o teste de circuitos de dispositivos integrados de escala muito grande (VLSI) que têm funções críticas quanto a temporização, mediante o uso de acionadores/receptores bidirecionais controláveis associados a pinos de funções críticas quanto a temporização.
