Abstract
Laminados elétricos podem ser preparados a partir de uma composição de resina epóxi que compreende: (A) pelo menos uma resina epóxi tendo uma média de mais do que um grupo epóxi por molécula; (B) um oligômero tendo um grupo hidroxila fenólica terminal, que resulta da reação de um glicidil éter de um composto fenólico halogenado e um composto fenólico halogenado; e (C) pelo menos um catalisador para catalisar uma reação entre o Componente (A) e o Componente (B).
